Pastor Kelly began his role of Senior Pastor at Bethel Church May 2012.
Previously he served as the Young Adults Pastor at CrossRoads Church in Red Deer and also as Worship / Associate Pastor at Bonavista Ev
angelical Missionary Church in Calgary. Kelly has received his education from Rocky Mountain College and Briercrest Seminary.
I love people and I love the church. My purpose is to help others realize their full potential in Jesus Christ. God has given me great opportunities to share His Word, to help others discover God’s purpose for their lives, to walk alongside those who are hurting, and to embrace God's vision for a church community. I try to lead in a relational way and am part of a great team here at Bethel Church.
I'm married to my beautiful wife, Coralie, and we have one son, Riley, and a daughter, Hailey. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, camping in the summer, meeting people for coffee, and cheering for my two favourite sports teams -- the Oilers and the Eskimos.

Pastor Chris began his role of Associate Pastor of Youth/Worship at Bethel Church November 2017
Previously he served as Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Chatham, ON and as Worship Arts and Community Pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Airdrie, AB. Chris has received his education from Rocky Mountain College.
"My greatest joy in ministry is one-on-one discipleship and equipping. The best moments for me are when I see people I'm serving take their next step toward being all that God has empowered them to be. It is my belief that the Gospel of Jesus (His Life, death, resurrection, ascension, and second coming) speaks into every aspect of our lives and every situation that we may face. It is therefore my joy to walk along side people and serve with the gospel as the cornerstone. My goal in discipleship/equipping is to see those I have the opportunity to share life with to become "gospel-fluent" that they might effectively enter their own circles of influences with the Gospel as their foundation.
My "better-and-more-beautiful-half" is Breanne and we have 5 awesome kids we've been '#blessed' with: Kaidyn, Selah, Riley and Matteia, Eden. I greatly enjoy music, theological books that hurt my head, volleyball, bad-dad jokes, and will discuss Middle-earth with anyone interested. Oh, and Go Flames Go!"

Krysta Bosomworth, Administrative Secretary
Krysta began her service as Administrative Secretary with Bethel Church in 2006. She works three mornings a week at Bethel, and very much enjoys serving our great God in all of the different ways that each new day brings! (Col 3:23) Krysta and her husband, Mike, farm in the Carstairs area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping at the lake, reading, horses, and travelling.
Natalie Killam, Childrens Ministry Administration
Natalie began her role as Children's Ministry Administrator in August 2015. She worked voluntarily in the Sunday school at Bethel for 3 years before joining our staff. She enjoys serving the Lord in her administrative role as well as continuing to be a regular teacher in our Sunday school classroom. Natalie loves sharing the love of Jesus with the children and seeing them grow in their relationship with our Lord and Savior. Natalie and her husband live in Carstairs with their 2 daughters. She enjoys time spent with her family camping, bike riding, swimming, sledding, and crafting.
