Meet The Bethel Team

Kelly Sikstrom

Lead Pastor

Pastor Kelly has served as Bethel’s Lead Pastor since June 2012. In his role, he is passionate about teaching and preaching God’s Word, supporting and overseeing the staff team, connecting with volunteers and congregation members, serving within the local community, and helping guide the vision and direction of the church.

He is married to Coralie, and together they have two teenage children. Pastor Kelly is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Bethel church family and walk alongside the congregation in faith and ministry.

Chris Neufeld

Associate Pastor of Worship and Care Ministry

Pastor Chris has served at Bethel Church since November 2017. After eight years of serving in worship and youth ministry, he recently stepped into his new role as Associate Pastor of Worship and Care Ministry. In this role, he continues to support the church through worship leadership, pastoral care, and ministry involvement.

He is married to Breanne, and together they have five children. Pastor Chris is passionate about serving the Bethel community and helping others grow in their faith and connection within the church.

    Natalie Killam

    DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

    Natalie has served as Bethel’s Director of Children’s Ministry since September 2016. She oversees the children’s ministry on Sunday mornings, along with Vacation Bible School, Nursery, and various family events throughout the year. She also serves as part of the ministry support team, providing assistance and encouragement to many of our ministry leaders and committees.

    She is married to Torrey, and together they have two teenage/young adult children. Natalie is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for children and families to grow in their faith and feel connected within the church community.

    Krysta Bosomworth

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Krysta has been part of the Bethel staff team since January 2006. As the first point of contact for those reaching out to the church, she helps create a welcoming experience and keeps many of the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly. She oversees church communications and coordinates the administrative needs that support the ministries of Bethel.

    Krysta is married to Mike, and together they have two adult children. She enjoys serving the church family through organization, communication, and the many details that help Bethel’s ministries thrive.

    Karen Earle

    CHURCH BOOKKEEPR

    Karen has served at Bethel as our bookkeeper since May 2005. Working part-time, she faithfully manages the church’s financial accounts, including bills, donations, payroll, and other financial responsibilities that help keep the church running smoothly.

    She is married to Tim, and together they have three teenage children. Karen is grateful for the opportunity to serve Bethel through her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to supporting the ministry of the church.

    Joanne Pothier

    CUSTODIAN

    Joanne has faithfully served at Bethel Church for many years, helping care for our facility and ensuring it is a clean and welcoming space for the many events, ministries, and groups that use the building. Working part-time, she plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day needs of the church.

    Outside of her work at Bethel, Joanne enjoys farming and raising goats in the Cremona area..
