Meet the Team
Kevin & Lynn Baker
MEETKevin and Lynn Baker serve with Galcom International Canada, helping multiply the impact of missionaries around the world through audio technology and radio ministry.
As Galcom’s Western Prairie Representatives, they connect with churches and supporters across the region while helping advance Galcom’s mission. Kevin also serves as a Field Technician, providing technical support for ministry projects. Lynn joins short-term assignments overseas, where she helps coordinate volunteers serving on Galcom projects.
Together, Kevin and Lynn are passionate about using technology to help share the Gospel and equip missionaries to reach people around the world.
MEETBethesda Medical Centre
Dr. Rodney Baptiste and his team serve in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, working with the Great Commission Foundation (GCF) Canada. Their ministry focuses on providing quality, affordable healthcare while also sharing the Gospel and serving the spiritual needs of those he encounters.
Through their work in healthcare and evangelism, Dr. Baptiste and his team have the opportunity to serve the people of Haiti while sharing the love and hope of Christ.
MEETThe Dole Family
Greg and Julie Dole, along with their children Franklin, Isaac, and Jaclyn, serve in Canada with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). Greg serves as a flight instructor at Prairie Aviation Training Centre (PATC) in Three Hills, Alberta, helping train and equip pilots for aviation ministry.
Through their work with MAF, the Dole family helps support the organization’s mission of connecting isolated people with vital services and goods while sharing the love of Christ in a tangible way.
MEETThe Elias Family
Kevin and Kim Elias, along with their children Skyler, Sammy, Sawyer, and Seth, serve in Canada with MSC Canada. Through their family music ministry, they travel to First Nations and rural communities across Canada, using music as a way to share the Gospel and connect with others.
The Elias family is passionate about using their gifts and their family ministry to share Christ’s love and encourage communities across the country.
Derryl & Karen Friesen
MEETDerryl and Karen Friesen serve in Mae Sai, Thailand with Wycliffe Bible Translators Canada. They serve as Southeast Asia Field Partner Liaisons, helping support and connect with Wycliffe’s ministry partners throughout the region.
They are also involved in member care, providing encouragement, support, and practical care for those serving in ministry across Southeast Asia.
MEETDan & Deanna Woodard
Dan and Deanna Woodard serve with ACTION International Ministries from Carstairs, Alberta. Their ministry focuses on mentoring First Nations leaders and missionaries, encouraging and equipping them as they serve in their communities and ministries.
Together, Dan and Deanna also author resources, including Out of Your Chaos, Find Freedom, using their writing to encourage others in their faith and provide practical tools for spiritual growth.
Bethel Church also supports several people who are sharing the Gospel in more restricted parts of the world. We aren’t able to share their names and location online, but they are an essential part of our Global Ministry Team as they share the good news of Jesus Christ with their neighbors through Biblical counselling, relational evangelism, teaching ministries, and Bible translation.
